That depends on the size and condition of the site and the work involved. We’ll discuss the expected schedule before you book.
What drawings or files will I receive?+
Agree this with the team before work starts. If your architect needs CAD files, levels, coordinates or a particular drawing format, tell us when asking for a quote.
Does a survey prove that I own the land?+
No. A survey records measurements and site information. It does not replace a title check, official land records or any approval your property may need.
